Order Processing Time

All International Driving Permit (IDP) applications are handled within two hours following the submission of your full documentation. Orders marked for Urgent Processing are processed within fifteen (15) minutes.

All documents will be available upon completion within your user portal. Your credentials will be sent via email and can also be found by logging in here: https://e-ita.org/logging-in-to-the-customer-portal/

Shipping and Delivery Time

All International Driving Permit (IDP) Printed Bundle Orders will be printed and shipped the business day following a completed application.

Transit Times will be stated at time of checkout based on shipping option and destination country. If a tracking number is available – it will be provided via email at the time of shipment.

Orders shipped with USPS First Class Mail are non-trackable standard post.  They will be sent without a tracking number.

 Though we will do our best to help you locate missing non-trackable mail, it is your responsibility to follow up with your country’s postal service and to understand the risks tied to NON-TRACKABLE MAIL.

All delivery dates are approximate and based on the most current and accurate information from third-party shipping companies. 

Shipping rates are non-refundable.

Delivery dates are based on standard business days only and do not include holidays.

EITA reserves the right to pass on a remote delivery fee for orders placed with FedEx to remote shipping areas.  A list of these areas can be found here: https://www.fedex.com/content/dam/fedex/us-united-states/services/ODA_OPA_ZIP_changes.pdf

If an applicant is unable to receive their documents due to remote shipping areas – EITA issue a refund for the cost of shipping only.

The applicant hereby agrees not to hold EITA for delays beyond EITA’s control, including, without limitation, delays caused by the shipping company or natural disaster, weather, or other factors that may affect the timing of delivery.

Orders re-shipped due to incorrect address will be subject to a re-shipping fee.
