1. TERMS

By accessing the website at https://e-ita.org, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. USE LICENSE

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on E-ITA’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

i. modify or copy the materials;

ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on E-ITA’s website;

In no event shall E-ITA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on E-ITA’s website, even if E-ITA or a E-ITA authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Materials provided by E-ITA are not meant to be used in the countries of Japan or South Korea.

Digital documents are not a guaranteed replacement of for Original Copies. Please confirm requirements with your car rental/hire location ahead of time.

5. ACCURACY OF MATERIALS

The materials appearing on E-ITA’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. E-ITA does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. E-ITA may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However E-ITA does not make any commitment to update the materials.

E-ITA has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by E-ITA of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. MODIFICATIONS

E-ITA may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. SHIPPING

All delivery dates are approximate and based on most current and accurate information from third-party shipping companies. Applications processed after 05:00 am PST (GMT-8) will be shipped no later than the following business day (Sundays and holidays excluded). Tracking not available with standard shipping options.

Shipping Time Estimates are as follow:

Standard Free Shipping (U.S ONLY): 15 Business Days

USPS First Class International: 20 Business Days

FedEx Express: 2-4 Business Days

Shipping rates are non-refundable.

Delivery dates are based on standard business (Monday-Saturday) days only and do not include holidays.

Standard Free Shipping does not include tracking service. Standard Free Shipping is not available to all countries.

EITA reserves the right to pass on a remote delivery fee for orders placed with FedEx to remote shipping areas. A list of these areas can be found here: FedEx Surcharges and Fees

If an applicant is unable to receive their documents due to remote shipping areas – EITA issue a refund for the cost of shipping only.

The applicant hereby agrees not to hold EITA for delays beyond EITA’s control, including, without limitation, delays caused by the shipping company or natural disaster, weather, or other factors that may affect the timing of delivery.

Orders re-shipped due to incorrect address will be subject a re-shipping fee.

COVID-19 Update: Shipping options are delivered by the destination country’s local mail service. Due to travel disruptions caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic, local mail carriers are experiencing delay

9. PROCESSING/DELIVERY TIME

2 hour or 15 minute (if applicable) delivery guarantee will only apply to fully completed orders. Fully completed orders must include the following:

Confirmation of payment (may take up to 1 hour for confirmation from PayPal/Credit Card payment processing.
Valid headshot in correct format. Please see the following: Valid Headshot. If we require a headshot to be re-submitted, the 1-3 hour delivery window guarantee will begin once new headshot is provided.
Valid and correct personal information (name, date of birth, place of birth)
Valid email

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

“Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual directly or indirectly. Examples of Personal Information include, but are not limited to, first and last name, and email address.

We may use the Personal Information we collect or receive for the purposes below:

To bill and collect money owed to us by you
To send alert messages pertaining to the any services we provide
To communicate with you in regards to service that we provide
To provide relevant marketing material that includes but is not limited to: renewal reminder notifications, promotional offers, and requests for service reviews.
